30-day return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of yoga practice, we cannot accept returns on mats or props that show signs of use.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, and items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@modernyogi.in with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@modernyogi.in within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
