Natural Materials · Kapok & Buckwheat Fill · Cotton Covers
Bolsters, cushions, blankets, straps, and accessories. Every prop made with cotton covers and natural fill. No polyester. No foam. No synthetic wadding.
A bolster that releases the body into a pose rather than forcing it there. A cushion that lifts the hips into ease. Support, not effort.
Fill options are natural kapok or buckwheat. Kapok is lighter and spring-recovering. Buckwheat is firmer and mouldable. Both are natural. Both are appropriate for different practices. All covers are 100% cotton — washable and long-lasting.

Heart-opening, backbends, spinal extension, savasana, yoga nidra. Flat stable base with a rounded top. The most versatile bolster shape — suitable for the widest range of poses and bodies.
Under-knee support, hip openers, pranayama, seated poses. Better suited to smaller frames or where precise, compact placement is needed.
Rounded cross-section fits naturally beneath the sacrum and lower back. Supported bridge, side-lying poses, under knees in savasana. A studio staple.
Cylindrical — concentrated line of contact along the spine. Backbend sequences, chest-opening, inversions, and pranayama breath expansion.

Fill Options
Kapok is a natural plant fibre — lighter, spring-recovering, and warm to the touch. Preferred for restorative and yin practices where the bolster is held for long periods without needing to adjust.
Buckwheat hulls are firmer and mouldable. They hold the shape of the body and stay where you place them. Preferred for pranayama, seated practice, and practitioners who want a more defined, stable support.
Both are natural, compostable, and long-lasting. All covers zip off — machine wash separately from the fill.

The classic meditation cushion. Round, firm, tall. Elevates hips above knees for natural spinal alignment — the standard in Zen and insight meditation practice.
Curved shape cradles the thighs — reduces pressure for tight hips. Often preferred by practitioners with hip tightness or during longer sits.
Taller and wider than a standard zafu. For practitioners with limited hip mobility who need more height to bring the hips comfortably above the knees.
Wide crescent shape distributes weight broadly and can be rotated to adjust the support angle. Adapts to a wide range of seated positions and body types.

Warmth in savasana. Padding under knees in lunges. Support in seated poses. Substitute bolster when folded. Woven cotton — not fleece, not acrylic. Machine washable.
Gentle weight activates the oculocardiac reflex — slows heart rate, deepens relaxation. Lavender-infused. The most underrated prop in any practice.
For forward folds, hip openers, shoulder stretches, and arm binds. Metal D-ring buckle. Available in 6ft and 8ft. Sold in pairs. Nothing synthetic.

For the 6mm Studio Mat. Drawstring closure, cotton handles, multiple colours. Coordinate with the mat or mix deliberately.
