Oblong Yoga Bolster
Elongated shape provides a larger, stable surface area than the round bolster. Better for under-knee support, savasana spinal extension, and hip-opening poses. Oval cross-section sits more naturally along the spine — the body drapes over it rather than resting on it. Preferred for yin and restorative sequences. Ideal first studio bolster.

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not tumble dry. Cotton fibres open with each wash — grip improves with use. Colours may soften slightly over the first few washes.
